Schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT projects from planning to delivery
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, engineers, and stakeholders
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource allocation
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders and management
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Manage project documentation, reporting, and tracking systems
• Support agile or waterfall project methodologies depending on project needs
• Ensure quality standards and client expectations are met
