The Junior Business Analyst plays a vital role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. This position is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements to support process improvement, system enhancements, and data-driven decision-making.

By translating complex business needs into actionable insights, the Junior Business Analyst contributes to the successful delivery of projects aligned with organizational goals. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business needs and requirements
• Conduct data analysis to support business decisions and performance tracking
• Create clear and concise documentation including user stories, process flows, and requirement specifications
• Support the testing phase by preparing test cases and validating system functionality
• Assist in the preparation of business reports and dashboards using data visualization tools
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives
• Maintain up-to-date records of requirements and track changes throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Administration and specialized in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Basic understanding of business analysis principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, and documentation platforms (e.g., Confluence, Jira)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
