About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Inside Sales Consultant to join our growing commercial team. This role is responsible for generating qualified business opportunities, engaging prospective clients, nurturing leads, and supporting the sales pipeline across the UAE, India, and global markets.

You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Practice Leaders to identify opportunities, build relationships with decision-makers, and contribute directly to the company's revenue growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys consultative selling, outbound prospecting, and building long-term customer relationships in the B2B technology consulting space.

What You'll Do

• As an Inside Sales Executive, you will:
• Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and marketing campaigns.
• Research target companies and identify key decision-makers across multiple industries.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business requirements, budget, authority, need, and timeline.
• Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the Business Development and Consulting teams.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM and sales automation platforms.
• Collaborate with Marketing to execute demand generation campaigns and follow up on campaign-generated leads.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, activities, and opportunities within the CRM.Develop a strong understanding of Syscort's consulting services, managed services, staffing solutions, and technology partnerships.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer challenges and identify suitable service offerings.
• Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
• Work closely with Practice Heads and Sales Managers to develop account penetration strategies.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly KPIs relating to qualified meetings, pipeline generation, and revenue contribution.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to effectively position Syscort's solutions.

Qualifications

Required

We're looking for someone who has:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.1–4 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, or B2B Sales.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce or similar systems.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Strong research and prospecting skills.

Professional approach to customer engagement and consultative selling.

Preferred

Experience selling Treasury Transformation, Financial Transformation, Technology Services, Data & Analytics, AI & Automation, IT Staffing ServicesFamiliarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar prospecting tools.

Experience selling into enterprise or mid-market organizations.

Understanding of consultative B2B sales methodologies.

Experience working with international customers across the UAE, GCC, Europe, or North America.
