Now Hiring: FLUENT ENGLISH SPEAKING Tele-Sales and Customer Service Agent based in Ajman, UAEWe are currently seeking a confident, fluent English speaking motivated, and career-focused Tele-Sales and Customer Service Agent to join our office-based team in Ajman.

This role is ideal for a single,individual who can fully commit to a rewarding and fast-paced work environment without external obligations. The successful candidate will play a key role in engaging with customers, managing inquiries, and promoting our services with professionalism and enthusiasm on call.

Key Responsibilities

• Making outbound sales calls and responding to inbound customer inquiries-Providing clear, helpful information to clients and converting leads-Following up on potential leads and maintaining accurate records-Managing communication via phone, WhatsApp, email, and CRM platforms-Delivering excellent customer service and support at all times

Requirements

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)-Arabic language skills are an added advantage-Strong communication and persuasion skills-Computer literate and confident using office software and communication tools
• Must be fully committed to the role and able to work from our office
