Responsibilities

• In this role, you will be responsible for all things SEO in order to enhance our online presence and boost our search ranking.

Your responsibilities will encompass

• SEO Strategy Development: Craft a comprehensive SEO roadmap tailored to Upscalent's goals, focusing on both on-page and off-page optimization strategies.
• Guidance and Oversight: Provide detailed instructions and support to the VA tasked with executing the SEO tasks, ensuring all efforts are aligned with the overall strategy.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze website traffic and SEO performance, utilizing tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular SEO reports to the management team, highlighting achievements, trends, and areas requiring attention or adjustment.
• Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value keywords and phrases to target, ensuring content is optimized to attract and engage our target audience.SEO Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates, advising on best practices and potential adjustments to our strategy to maintain and improve our search rankings.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the marketing team, web developers, and content creators to ensure SEO principles are integrated into content creation, web design, and other relevant areas.

Requirements

• To excel in this role, you should bring:
• Proven experience in SEO strategy and implementation, with a strong track record of improving search rankings and driving organic traffic.
• Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking strategies, and best practices in SEO.Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics (required), Google Search Console (required), SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex concepts in a clear and actionable manner.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team, providing guidance and feedback to ensure successful execution of SEO strategies.
• Detail-oriented, with a keen eye for identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
