Talentedge are delighted to be partnering with one of the world's fastest-growing venture-backed AI software companies as they continue to scale their global Finance and People functions.

Following significant funding and rapid international expansion, the business is looking to hire a Global Payroll Specialist to take ownership of global payroll operations and equity administration across a growing international workforce.

Working closely with Finance, People, Legal and Tax, you'll play a key role in ensuring payroll accuracy, strengthening controls and supporting the continued development of a scalable global payroll infrastructure.

Key responsibilities to include

• Own end-to-end global payroll operations across direct employees, EORs and contractors spanning multiple international jurisdictions.
• Manage payroll processing, compliance and reporting whilst ensuring timely and accurate payroll delivery.
• Prepare payroll-to-cash and payroll-to-general ledger reconciliations, supporting month-end close.
• Administer global equity program's, including grants, vesting, exercises and equity-related taxable events.
• Maintain data integrity across HRIS, payroll, equity and ERP platforms through regular reconciliations.
• Partner closely with Finance, People, Legal, Tax and external payroll providers to improve processes and strengthen controls.
• Support internal and external audit requirements across payroll and equity operations.

Profile

• Hands-on experience managing global payroll across multiple countries within a high-growth technology environment.
• Strong experience administering employee equity programmes, including RSUs, stock options and related taxable events.
• Excellent understanding of global payroll operations, compliance and payroll taxation.
• Experience working with modern global payroll platforms (Deel or similar).
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and a continuous process improvement mindset.
• Comfortable operating autonomously within a fast-paced, scaling business whilst partnering cross-functionally with Finance, HR, Legal and Tax.
• Experience supporting SOX or external audits would be advantageous.
