Social Media Manager

OMNIYAT is seeking a highly creative and strategic Social Media Manager to elevate our digital presence across the ultra-luxury real estate sector.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the voice of one of the region's most prestigious luxury brands, creating sophisticated storytelling that resonates with ultra-high-net-worth audiences while driving engagement, brand awareness and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the development of platform-specific creative strategies, campaign concepts and content pillars that elevate OMNIYAT's brand presence while maintaining its distinctive, best-in-class positioning.
• Manage the creation of sophisticated, on-brand captions and copy, translating architectural, lifestyle and corporate messages into aspirational brand stories consistent with OMNIYAT's luxury tone of voice.
• Supervise end-to-end management of OMNIYAT's social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and emerging platforms), including content calendars, publishing, community management and quality approvals, in support of the sales team.
• Identify relevant platform trends, audience behaviors, luxury and fashion culture, competitor activity and emerging content formats, reinterpreting them in a refined, original and brand-safe manner.
• Evaluate social performance across OMNIYAT and OMNIYAT Partners accounts, translating data into actionable recommendations and collaborating with media teams to strengthen paid amplification and organic discovery.
• Manage relationships with influencers, creators, brand ambassadors and external agencies from identification and briefing through contracting, approvals and performance evaluation, ensuring every partnership is credible and aligned with OMNIYAT's positioning.
• Facilitate monthly training for OMNIYAT's sales team and channel partners on social media strategy, guidelines and digital communication standards, and check broker-generated content for brand consistency and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, Public Relations or a related discipline.5–6 years of experience managing social media for luxury, fashion, hospitality, lifestyle or premium real estate brands.
• Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning and visual storytelling.
• Experience creating content for ultra-high-net-worth audiences.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using social media insights and reporting tools.
• Experience managing influencer partnerships and external agencies.
