Group Social Media Manager (Arabic Speaking)Location: Dubai, UAESalary: Up to AED 30,000 per monthWe're recruiting a Group Social Media Manager for a leading diversified business in Dubai. This is a high-impact role responsible for shaping and leading the social media strategy across a portfolio of well-established brands spanning multiple industries.

You'll develop and implement a group-wide social media strategy, establish governance and best practices, oversee content direction, and ensure a consistent brand voice across all business units. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you'll drive integrated campaigns, support influencer and paid social initiatives, and use data-driven insights to optimise performance across channels.

We're looking for someone who has:8+ years' experience in social media, ideally within a multi-brand organisation or agency.

Proven experience developing social media strategies across multiple brands or regions.

Strong content, storytelling, and creative direction skills.

Experience managing LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and other social platforms.

Strong analytics skills with experience using performance data to shape strategy.

Exposure to paid social, influencer marketing, and integrated campaigns.

Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Arabic language skills are advantageous but not essential.
