Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role with part-time considerations, based in Bronx, NY. The Real Estate Agent will prospect and cultivate leads, conduct client consultations, and guide buyers and sellers through every step of the real estate transaction.

Daily responsibilities include listing and showing properties, preparing and presenting offers, coordinating inspections and appraisals, and maintaining up-to-date market knowledge. The agent will collaborate with the EXIT Realty DKC team to develop marketing strategies, host open houses, and ensure high-quality client service from initial contact through closing.

This role requires consistent in-person engagement within the Bronx area and active participation in team meetings, trainings, and community outreach.

Qualifications

• Active Real Estate License in New York State or eligibility to obtain one promptly.
• Knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property principles, local market trends, and transaction processes.
• Strong Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing techniques.
• Excellent Customer Service abilities, with a focus on clear communication, responsiveness, and client advocacy.
• Ability to work on-site in Bronx, NY, with reliable transportation for property showings and client meetings.
• Comfort with basic technology tools, including CRM systems, email, and online listing platforms.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients and properties concurrently.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to the values of diligence, knowledge, and character.
• Prior experience in real estate, sales, or related fields is beneficial but motivated new licensees are welcome.
