Duties

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential properties by providing expert guidance throughout the entire transaction process
• Conduct comprehensive real estate market analysis to identify opportunities and advise clients on current industry trends
• Negotiate offers effectively to secure favorable terms for clients while maintaining fair housing regulations and ethical standards
• Manage all aspects of real estate transactions from initial listing or client inquiry through contract signing and closing
• Build strong client rapport through proactive communication, personalized service, and attentive follow-up
• Utilize sales technology adoption tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems to streamline workflows and enhance client interactions
• Develop and implement marketing strategies across various channels to promote property listings and attract potential buyers or tenants

Qualifications

• Valid real estate license in good standing with comprehensive knowledge of real estate law and industry regulations
• Proven experience in real estate sales, including residential transactions and deal closing
• Exceptional negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency preferred
• Strong organizational skills with administrative experience supporting managing real estate teams or individual client portfolios
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with sales technology adoption tools
• Deep understanding of the local real estate market analysis, industry trends, property management practices, and fair housing regulations
• Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build lasting client relationships through effective communication and rapport building
• Knowledge of managing real estate transactions from start to finish while ensuring compliance with all legal requirements

Pay: $90,126.73 - $108,539.72 per year
