Role Description The Real Estate Agent at Keller Williams Realty of Greater Nassau is a full-time hybrid role based in Garden City, NY, with flexibility for some work-from-home activities such as prospecting, follow-up, and paperwork.

Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and nurturing leads, conducting property showings, advising clients on pricing and market conditions, and guiding buyers and sellers through the entire transaction process. The agent will prepare and review contracts, negotiate offers, coordinate inspections and appraisals, and work closely with lenders, attorneys, and other industry professionals.

The role also involves maintaining detailed client records, leveraging Keller Williams’ technology and marketing tools, attending training sessions, and participating in team meetings and local networking activities.

Qualifications

• Possesses an active Real Estate License in New York and a strong understanding of real estate regulations and best practices.
• Demonstrates solid experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions, including residential sales and listings.
• Shows strong Sales skills, including prospecting, lead conversion, negotiation, and closing techniques.
• Provides excellent Customer Service, with the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and manage client expectations.
• Strong knowledge of the local Garden City and Greater Nassau real estate markets.
• Comfort using CRM systems, MLS platforms, and digital marketing tools to generate and manage business.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Reliable transportation, willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and commitment to ongoing professional development.
