During your first week, you'll participate in an intensive onboarding process that covers:

What You'll Do

• Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions
• Conduct property evaluations and pricing consultations
• Draft purchase agreements and listing agreements
• Deliver exceptional client service and communication
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up systems
• Build long-term relationships and a referral-based business
