Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Touring and learning 50-100 NYC listings in-person weekly * Maintaining and updating daily property listings * Marketing properties across various platforms * Understanding and identifying clients' needs * Assisting renters in navigating their home search * Managing paperwork such as leases and agreements * Negotiating deals and advising on current market trends * Building strong relationships with landlords, property managers, and your network * Staying informed on market changes and best practices After your foundational training in Manhattan, you'll have the flexibility to work in any borough or throughout New York State! Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed
