The work: Co-regulation and grounding, helping her stay calm and de-escalating panic as it builds. Some excellent skills are Somatic regulation, grounding touch, guided meditation, active listening, and holding space for grief and fear. After a chiropractic injury, she now lives with cranial cervical instability, Lyme & severe PMDD. housebound, with limited use of her arms.
Formerly a performing artist and holistic chef, she is warm, creative & needs her hope back. You are: Genuinely experienced with trauma and has tools. Self-regulated and steady when things get hard. Consistent, warm, proactive. Great fits: peer support specialists, behavioral health techs, somatic practitioners, doulas, social work students
