Starbucks Coffee Company
Now Brewing – barista, Tasting Room and Experiences! #tobeapartner
From the beginning, Starbucks set out to be a different kind of company. One that not only celebrated coffee and the rich tradition, but that also brought a feeling of connection. We are known for developing extraordinary leaders who share this passion and are guided by their service to others.
As a place for community, gathering, and dynamic shared experiences, Starbucks Reserve® plays an important role in the broader Starbucks portfolio. Starbucks Reserve® celebrates craft and a place of belonging in a portfolio of unique flagship locations, Starbucks Reserve® Stores and Reserve Kitchens across the US.
Partners at our Starbucks Reserve® Tasting Room and Experiential Coffee bar showcase craft and coffee expertise. This involves creating a multisensory experience in the art, science, and theater of coffee. We offer many unique brew methods- from a Pour Over, Chemex, Coffee Press, Espresso, and a classic cup of coffee from our Clover Vertica system.
Our premier coffee offerings pair well with our innovative food offerings, handcrafted by our Starbucks Reserve® baristas and Reserve Kitchens. Throughout the visit, partners foster a welcoming environment where customers can relax, whether catching up with friends, enjoying a moment of solitude while savoring extraordinary coffee, or experiencing their first trip to Starbucks Reserve®.
This job contributes to Starbucks success of the Starbucks® Reserve brand by providing an exceptional experience to all customers as ambassadors of coffee leadership and stewards of quality. Through a commitment to operational excellence, they work together as a team to create the Starbucks® Reserve Experience for their customers and one another.
