Assistant Outlet Manager (F&B)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Outlet Manager to join our Food & Beverage team! In this pivotal role, you will support the overall management of our Food and Beverage outlets, ensuring smooth daily operations, exceptional customer service, and effective team leadership. Duties

• Assist the Executive Chef and Director of Operation in overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Support staff management through employee orientation, training, and development initiatives
• Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and resolving customer inquiries promptly
• Manage inventory control and stock replenishment.
• Handle scheduling and payroll processing, cash handling and POS transactions.
• Coordinate purchasing activities and manage vendor relationships to ensure optimal stock levels
• Supervise employees during shifts, monitor daily operations and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Conduct interviews for potential new hires and participate in the recruiting process to build a strong team
• Promote a positive work environment through effective communication skills and team management techniques

Experience

• Proven experience in Food and Beverage management or assistant manager roles within a grocery store or similar hotel or restaurant environment
• Demonstrated supervisory experience with a focus on team management and employee development
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, POS systems and cashiering
• Experience with scheduling, sales management and merchandising.
• Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
• Previous experience in recruiting, interviewing, payroll processing, administrative tasks is preferred.
• Familiarity with a hotel union staff environment.

Pay: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour
