Job Title: HVAC and Refrigeration Technician

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: NYC, North NJ, South CT

Salary: $52,000 - $85,000 annually (based on experience)

About the Position

We are seeking experienced HVAC and Refrigeration Technicians to join our growing team. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems for residential and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

Install, inspect, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems

Perform preventative maintenance on climate control systems

Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems

Use specialized tools and equipment to test system performance

Maintain accurate service records and documentation

Provide excellent customer service and technical support

Follow all safety protocols and regulations

Required Qualifications

EPA Section 608 Certification (or willingness to obtain)

2+ years of experience in HVAC/refrigeration work

Valid driver's license

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Physical ability to work in various weather conditions and confined spaces

Preferred Qualifications

EPA Universal Certification

HVAC Technician License

Experience with commercial systems

Experience with electrical diagnostics
