About the Role

Ark7 is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive customer acquisition and growth across digital channels. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads, increase investor engagement, and improve conversion performance.

The ideal candidate has hands on experience managing paid advertising campaigns, analyzing marketing performance, and scaling customer acquisition programs. We are particularly interested in candidates with agency experience who have managed multiple campaigns, budgets, and performance objectives across different channels and industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
• Monitor and improve campaign performance using metrics such as CPA, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, and lead quality
• Conduct audience research, keyword research, and competitive analysis
• Create and test ad copy, creative concepts, landing pages, and targeting strategies
• Analyze campaign results and provide actionable recommendations
• Build and maintain marketing dashboards and performance reports
• Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to execute growth initiatives
• Manage campaign budgets and identify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency and scale
• Stay current on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices
• Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, paid media, or a digital marketing agency environment
• Proven experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, or similar platforms
• Strong analytical skills and data driven decision making
• Experience with campaign testing, attribution, conversion tracking, and landing page optimization
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Excel, or similar reporting tools
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously in a fast paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a digital marketing, performance marketing, or advertising agency
• Experience managing monthly paid media budgets of $25,000+ across multiple channels
• Experience in fintech, investing, real estate, proptech, financial services, or other regulated industries
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot
• Understanding of customer acquisition funnels, attribution models, and lifecycle marketing
• Experience working in a high growth startup environment
