BILINGUAL FRONT DESK AGENT, AM & PM SHIFTS

We are currently seeking Front Desk Agents for all shifts to join our team at the Tilden Hotel this role will include:

• Float between hotels
• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
• Manage online and phone reservations
• Inform guest about payment methods and verify their credit card data
• Welcome guests upon their arrival
• Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
• Find a resolution to guest dissatisfaction
• Keep contact with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean and ready for guest arrivals
• Correspondence via email with guests regarding their stay
• People pleasing attitude
• Naturally conversational

Requirements

• We believe in the right attitude and the rest can be trained!
• Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or in customer service is preferred but not necessary
• Willingness to learn software
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be available to work weekends
• Must have sound judgment and discretional skills and be able to work with little supervision
• Bilingual; Spanish and English
