Responsibilities

• Help clients buy, sell, and rent residential properties * Conduct market research and stay informed on real estate trends * Maintain relationships through follow-ups, check-ins, and consistent communication * Create compelling property listings with professional descriptions and photos * Host open houses and showings to attract serious buyers * Negotiate offers and counteroffers to deliver great results for your clients * Manage paperwork, contracts, and compliance requirements * Deliver a 5-star client experience to generate referrals and repeat business

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service required (real estate experience preferred) * Must have or be willing to obtain a California real estate license * Excellent communication skills--bilingual is a plus * Strong organization and time management abilities * Familiarity with real estate processes, paperwork, and contracts * Confident negotiator and self-starter * Passion for helping people and a drive for personal growth
