About The Role

A well-established and diversified group based in the UAE is seeking a Senior Tax Specialist to join its in-house tax function. The role sits within a larger tax team and offers exposure to a broad portfolio of businesses across the group.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage UAE Corporate Tax compliance obligations across group entities
• Provide tax advisory support on a range of business matters
• Support and contribute to tax structuring projects across the diversified portfolio
• Work independently on day-to-day tax matters within a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with the wider tax team on cross-business initiatives
• Skills & Experience5 to 6 years of experience in tax, with a strong focus on UAE Corporate Tax
• Demonstrated experience across tax compliance, advisory, and structuring
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively
• Comfortable operating within a large, complex, and diversified group structure
• Prior experience in a consulting firm, Big Four environment, or in-house tax function will be considered
