Executive/Personal Assistant/Office Manager (Part-time)

SEEKING STEM MAJORS/PART TIME EXECUTIVE/PERSONAL ASSISTANT NEEDED FOR SMALL BUSINESS OWNER.

We are seeking an extremely organized, reliable, responsible person to join our team and help a very busy social worker to run her small social work agency out of her home. Seeking students with advanced computers skills, Must have excellent computer skills, and excel, etc. Familiar with mac computers. Prefer STEM majors or graduates familiar with excel and various software programs using AI.

The main responsibilty is to process communication that comes into the office via email, fax and mail. We have a somewhat complex system that allows us to keep track of everything. The person must be able to follow the system, so things don't fall through the cracks.

Our business requires authorization for each client to get paid. This person is responsible for everything that is necessary to keep the authorizations up to date, getting information from therapists in the field, making sure reports are written, edited and sent in, and communicating on our owner's behalf with agencies that issues the authorizations.

Some of the tasks include

-Billing insurance companies and the state agency we work with, making sure the agency gets paid. Processing incoming communication and entering into our system. Helping the owner organize her schedule, keeping track of meetings/important dates. Doing research or giving her information while she is in the field. Filling out paperwork for our clients on her behalf.

Helping manage/supervise her staff, training/recruiting new hires, delegating work, keeping tract of schedules.

Seeking a person who is a self-starter, has excellent communication, and has a can-do attitude. Ability to work independently without supervision, once trained.

15-25 hours/week. (Flexible)

MUST HAVE A COLLEGE DEGREE OR BE IN A FOUR YEAR COLLEGE.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
