Front Desk Receptionist - Dental Office

Comfort Dental Studio is seeking a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team on a full-time basis. Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, creating a warm and welcoming first impression
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
• Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and handle scheduling requests
• Verify dental insurance and communicate coverage and benefits to patients
• Collect co-pays and process patient payments
• Maintain accurate patient records and update information using Dentrix
• Coordinate patient flow between the front desk and clinical team
• Manage recall and reactivation lists to keep the schedule full
• Handle daily administrative tasks, including filing, correspondence, and record-keeping
• Deliver exceptional customer service and help create a positive patient experience

Qualifications

• Front desk, receptionist, or dental office experience preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Experience with dental insurance verification is a plus
• Experience with Dentrix is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and strong commitment to patient care
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented mindset
