Executive Assistant - Chicago | $85K-$95K base

We're partnering with a highly regarded investment management firm to hire an Executive Assistant in Chicago, IL.

Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid – 4 days onsite)

Compensation

$85,000–$95,000 base

This role supports four senior leaders within a high-performing client-facing team, including the Head of the Chicago office. It's an excellent opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and excels at keeping executives organized and operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities include

• Complex calendar management and executive scheduling
• Meeting and event logistics coordination
• Travel arrangements and expense reporting
• Salesforce database updates (preferred, not required)
• Preparing meeting materials and supporting executive communications
• General administrative support for a growing office

We're looking for candidates with

• 3–5 years of executive or administrative assistant experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience managing multiple executive calendars
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• A proactive, detail-oriented, service-oriented mindset
