Client Operations & Executive Partner

This is more than an administrative role. You'll become a trusted partner to advisors and leadership, helping manage client operations, improve processes, coordinate executive priorities, and ensure the office operates seamlessly every day.

Primary Job Functions

• Serve as a polished, professional point of contact for clients
• Coordinate client onboarding, account paperwork, and documentation
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure client information is current
• Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting preparation
• Coordinate office operations, vendors, facilities, and supplies
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and streamline workflows
• Leverage technology and AI tools to improve efficiency
• Partner with leadership to keep priorities organized and initiatives moving forward

• Has experience supporting advisors, executives, or clients within wealth management, asset management, family office, or financial services
