Job Overview

Support the execution and delivery of Reward programs, HR analytics, HR policies & processes, in addition to Organizational Development initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Reward Schemes
• Support the implementation and administration of compensation and benefits programs by coordinating program activities, maintaining structures, and ensuring alignment with approved policies to promote internal equity and market competitiveness.
• Conduct salary benchmarking, market analysis, and job evaluations by collecting market data, analyzing internal roles, and applying evaluation methodologies to support fair pay structures and informed compensation decisions.
• Assist in annual reward and compensation processes including salary reviews, promotions, and incentive cycles by preparing data, supporting governance reviews, and ensuring accurate and timely execution in line with organizational guidelines.HR Analytics
• Prepare and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and analytics by collecting, validating, and analyzing key HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making, organizational planning, and management reporting.
• Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across HR systems by performing regular data audits, validations, and reconciliations to ensure reliability of HR information and compliance with reporting standards.
• Policies & Processes
• Review, analyze, and enhance HR Policies and Procedures, ensuring full alignment with organizational strategy, compliance standards, and best practices, and provide clear recommendations within predefined timeframes.
• Support process mapping and documentation initiatives by analyzing existing workflows, defining standard operating procedures, and documenting end-to-end processes to improve efficiency, transparency, and role clarity.
• Organization Development (OD)
• Support organizational design initiatives by reviewing and structuring job roles, reporting lines, and job descriptions to ensure clarity of accountability, role alignment, and optimal organizational effectiveness.
• Assist in workforce planning and organizational change initiatives by collecting, analyzing, and validating workforce data, supporting impact assessments, and contributing to OD projects that enable business continuity and future growth.
• Coordinate and support the implementation of OD and HR programs by managing timelines, aligning stakeholders, tracking deliverables, and ensuring consistent execution in line with approved OD frameworks and HR strategies.
• Perform additional tasks relevant to the role/area of expertise as requested by the management to be able to achieve the objectives/commitments.
