What You'll Do

• Work with buyers, renters, sellers, and investors throughout the Chicago area.
• Generate and manage your own business while receiving mentorship and support.
• Build lasting client relationships through thoughtful, personalized service.
• Collaborate with a team that values quality over quantity.

Who You Are

• Licensed Illinois Real Estate Broker (or actively pursuing your license).
• Self-motivated and willing to prospect consistently.
• Professional, organized, and eager to learn.
• Passionate about providing an exceptional client experience.
• Looking to build a long-term career rather than simply hold a real estate license.

Investment & Expectations

Joining Keys to Wonderland Group requires a one-time $350 onboarding fee and a $98 monthly brokerage fee. These fees help cover onboarding, brokerage and technology costs, access to renter leads, and ongoing mentorship and team support. We're looking for agents who are ready to invest in building a sustainable real estate business.
