Grand Haven Realty is seeking motivated real estate agents who are interested in growing with a brokerage that supports residential sales, leasing, BPOs, investor clients, rental opportunities, and long-term real estate business development.

This role is ideal for a licensed or soon-to-be licensed real estate professional who is organized, responsive, professional, and interested in building a strong real estate career.

Responsibilities

• Work with buyers, sellers, renters, landlords, and real estate clients
• Assist with residential sales and leasing opportunities
• Support BPO and property valuation assignments when available
• Communicate professionally with clients, property owners, vendors, and team members
• Follow up on leads, appointments, documents, and transaction-related items
• Maintain organized notes and provide timely updates
• Participate in brokerage growth, training, and business development opportunities
• Help support real estate opportunities connected to rentals, sales, investors, and property redevelopment

Qualifications

• Active real estate license preferred
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Professional, reliable, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working with clients and property-related assignments
• Organized and able to manage appointments, documents, and deadlines
• Interest in sales, leasing, investment property, or property redevelopment is a plus

• Residential & Commericial real estate sales
• Leasing
• BPOs or property valuations
