We are excited to present a unique opportunity! We are looking for a talented individual to join our dedicated team as a Junior Learning Consultant role.

This role is exclusively open to Emiratis, in line with our commitment to supporting national talent development.

What You Will Do

• Training coordination, including preparing training logistics
• Supporting trainers and training participants
• Preparing training venues
• Maintaining daily contact with trainers and vendors
• Providing support to the team with incoming inquiries
• Scheduling meetings and preparing timetables
• Preparing training materials
• Together with other coordinators, you will drive customer engagements and ensure that Learning Services projects are delivered with quality and on time.
• You will have the opportunity to gain a thorough understanding of the business environment by working closely with customers and vendors.

What You Will Bring

BSc in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or equivalent is preferred but not required; candidates with other academic backgrounds are welcome to apply.

Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet the demands of a dynamic training environment.

Proficiency in English.A technical background will be an advantage, preferably in telecommunications or IT.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Ability to perform well under pressure in a high-impact business environment.A hands-on approach and a "can-do" attitude.

Experience working in an international environment is a plus.

An understanding of project management activities is a plus.

An interest in technology and its evolution is a plus.
