We have multilple opportunities across contract and permanent/executive search recruitment, either working in the Middle Eastern market or within the EU markets in countries such as Belgium, Netherlands, France and Germany.

What You'll Be Doing 💼💻Business Development: Identify, engage, and win new clients across the UAE market through networking, referrals, market mapping, and targeted sales activity.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with hiring managers, HR leaders, and business stakeholders.

Candidate Sourcing: Proactively identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates through multiple sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and networking.

Recruitment Delivery: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing and sourcing through to offer management and onboarding.

Market Intelligence: Provide clients and candidates with insights into salary trends, hiring activity, and market conditions.

Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline across key technology and professional disciplines.

Negotiation & Offer Management: Facilitate salary discussions, manage expectations, and ensure successful offer acceptance.

Brand Representation: Represent Halian at industry events, networking functions, and business development meetings across the region.CRM & Process Compliance: Maintain accurate records, reporting, and activity tracking within recruitment systems.

Target Achievement: Consistently deliver against monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and placement objectives.

What We're Looking For 🔍👀Recruitment Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of agency recruitment experience, ideally within Technology, Digital, Engineering, Financial Services, Professional Services, or other specialist markets.
