Compensation

• $27.00–$30.00 per hour, based on experience and clinical skills
• Performance review after 90 days with opportunity for merit increase

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have

• Minimum 5 years of experience in general dentistry
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
• Strong work ethic with exceptional reliability and attendance
• Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to support the entire team
• Experience with Dentrix preferred

Clinical Skills

Candidates should be comfortable with

• Four-handed dentistry
• Crown and bridge procedures
• Packing retraction cord
• Fabricating high-quality temporary crowns
• Digital radiographs
• Intraoral scanning (preferred)
• Taking impressions
• Infection control and OSHA compliance
• Instrument processing and sterilization
• Assisting with restorative, crown, bridge, and emergency procedures
• Patient education and treatment preparation
