BI Analyst Engineer – Confidential Global Firm | Los Angeles (Hybrid)

A globally recognized professional services firm is seeking a BI Analyst to join its innovative Technology & Information Services team. In this highly visible role, you will lead the development of advanced data visualizations and analytics solutions that directly support executive decision making across a complex, data driven organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement interactive Tableau dashboards that provide business-critical insights
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, refine, and translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Perform complex data analysis to uncover trends and present findings using compelling data storytelling techniques
• Integrate diverse data sources (structured and unstructured) to ensure complete data visibility
• Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance data accessibility, reporting tools, and dashboard adoption
• Maintain rigorous data accuracy and ensure compliance with privacy and confidentiality standards
• Apply financial concepts effectively in visualization and dashboard design

What We’re Looking For

• Proven expertise in SQL, Tableau, and data visualization best practices
• Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to identify data-driven opportunities
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data findings to non-technical audiences
• Experience supporting data-driven strategy across multiple departments, including finance, operations, and executive leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Math, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, visualization, and reporting
• Familiarity with other programming or scripting languages (Python, R, etc.) is a plus
