Responsibilities

Provide executive and administrative support.

Research potential sponsors, companies, and marketing opportunities.

Help prepare presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.

Assist with sponsor outreach and track follow-up communications.

Coordinate meetings, projects, and special assignments.

Assist with live events and production activities as needed.

Help keep projects organized and moving forward.

Qualifications

Organized with strong attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Very computer literate and quick to learn new software and online tools.

Able to create polished presentations and professional documents.

Comfortable managing multiple projects and changing priorities.

Resourceful, dependable, and able to work independently.

Takes initiative, follows through, and gets things done.

Some evening and weekend availability may be required during productions and live events.

Los Angeles area preferred.
