Executive Assistant - Ophthalmology

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Chiefs of the Cornea and Retina Divisions.

This position coordinates a wide range of academic, educational, and departmental activities, including the preparation of faculty appointment, advancement, and promotion documentation; development of presentations and reports; scheduling and coordination of meetings with faculty and trainees; and the preparation of meeting agendas and minutes.

The position conducts research and compiles information related to the divisions' missions in clinical care, research, education, and community service to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.

The role also assists with the planning and execution of faculty development programs, networking events, educational activities, and other special projects that advance the divisions' academic and professional objectives.

Salary Range

$32.20 – 51.36 Hourly
