Full-Time Personal Assistant for Two Studio Co-Founders

About The Role

We are two co-founders of an LA-based studio looking for one full-time personal assistant shared between us and our households. This is a personal assistant role, not an executive assistant role. Most of the work is hands-on, practical help that keeps our lives running while we focus on the studio.

A typical week might include grocery runs, driving family members to appointments, taking dogs to the groomer, handling Amazon returns, picking up and dropping off items around the city, and light inbox and social media message review for one of us. The mix will vary day to day.

What we're looking for

• Based in Los Angeles with reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (driving is a core part of the job)
• Comfortable around dogs and cats
• Organized, dependable, and good at managing your own time without much oversight
• Trustworthy. You'll be in our homes and around our families, so we'll check references and run a background check.
• Comfortable with a smartphone for coordinating tasks, navigation, and basic apps

No prior personal assistant experience required. Attitude and reliability matter more to us than a resume.

A Note On AI

Our studio works at the front edge of AI filmmaking. You don't need any interest in AI to get this job and it won't be part of your daily duties. But if you are curious, we're happy to teach you real AI production skills along the way.

Details

• $22/hour, paid as a W-2 employee through a payroll service
• Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate for all errands in your own vehicle
• 40 hours a week with a consistent weekday schedule
