What You're Actually Walking Into

Who We're Looking For

This role is for you if

• You have an active California real estate license and at least one closed transaction — but you feel like you're leaving 30–50% of your potential on the table
• You're doing deals but have no real system — things work, but mostly because you're grinding, not because your business is built
• You've been at a brokerage that gave you a desk and a prayer and not much else
• You're coachable — you can hear hard feedback about your process and actually do something with it
• You want to know exactly why you didn't close that deal, not just move on to the next one

This role is not for you if

• You want leads handed to you without wanting to learn how to generate your own
• You're resistant to tracking your activity and reviewing your numbers
• You're looking for a place to park your license while you figure out what you want to do

We don't post fake income claims. What we can tell you is this: agents who came to Craft & Bauer with 4–6 deals a year and committed to the system are now closing 10–15. The ceiling is high. The floor is determined entirely by your effort and your willingness to be coached.
