The [REDACTED] Partners Platform is a combination of digital tools focused on game creators, internal SIE operators and developers. [REDACTED] Partners helps creators publish games to the highest standards, create digital store content, access developer support, track metrics on store sales and engagement.
We also develop sophisticated tools that enable engineering and business telemetry, advertising campaigns, user targeting, and A/B testing.
Our department's mission is to make [REDACTED] the best place for game creators to publish their games and improve the efficiency of our internal teams. We do this by working closely with different internal and external teams to understand their needs, by continually improving the support services we offer them, as well as the design, operation and performance of the Partners digital platform.
We are seeking a UX Designer to contribute to the evolution of the Partners (Enterprise, SaaS, B2B tools) platform. This platform is used by external game publishers & internal teams across SIE leadership, business/store operators, engineers, product, and more. You'll be based in our LA office, working with a distributed team focused on refining the design standards across the organization.
Join a product development team, focusing on software tools for both external and internal teams. Implement improvements, understand user needs, design user flows, and collaborate with developers. Shape the future of our internal tool ecosystem.
You are an experienced UX designer with a proven portfolio of business-focused tools and a drive to understand sophisticated systems. You solve design problems through exploration, communication, and collaboration. You see past requirements to core user needs and articulate your decisions clearly and calmly.
You can analyze problems from both a macro and micro perspective, crafting a cohesive set of tools that belong to the same family. You are a mediator among cross-functional partners, balancing product requirements, design solutions, and technical limitations.
