Mikan Bakery is looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Cashier / Baristas to join our team. If you enjoy creating memorable guest experiences, serving freshly baked pastries, and crafting high-quality coffee and matcha beverages, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with a warm and welcoming attitude.
• Operate the POS system and process cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Prepare espresso drinks, matcha beverages, teas, and other specialty drinks according to company standards.
• Package and serve bakery items with care.
• Keep the front counter, dining area, and beverage station clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Recommend products and promote seasonal specials to guests.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Support online, takeout, and delivery orders.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, caf , bakery, or restaurant experience is preferred but not required.

Barista experience is a plus.

Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods.

Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.

Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Weekend and holiday availability is required.
