Christine & Company is growing, and we are looking for a motivated, relationship-focused Real Estate Agent to join our team full time.

This is an opportunity for a licensed real estate professional who wants to grow their business without having to do everything alone. What You’ll Do

• Guide buyers and sellers through the real estate process from initial consultation through closing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and members of the community
• Respond promptly and professionally to new leads and client inquiries
• Conduct buyer consultations, listing appointments, property tours, and open houses
• Prepare and negotiate offers, contracts, and transaction documents
• Communicate consistently with clients and provide an exceptional customer experience
• Prospect for new business and maintain an organized follow-up system
• Stay informed about local market conditions, inventory, pricing, and industry trends
• Collaborate with team members, leadership, lenders, inspectors, attorneys, and other industry professionals
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and accountability activities
• Represent Christine & Company with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is

• A licensed real estate agent, or actively working toward obtaining a real estate license
• Committed to working in real estate full time
• Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented
• Coachable and willing to follow proven systems
• Comfortable communicating by phone, text, email, video, and in person
• Skilled at building relationships and earning trust
• Organized and able to manage multiple clients and deadlines
• Willing to prospect, follow up, and consistently work to generate business
• Collaborative, positive, and team-oriented
• Focused on providing an outstanding client experience
• Familiar with the communities and nearby markets our team serves, or eager to learn them

Previous real estate sales experience is helpful but not required. Candidates with strong backgrounds in sales, customer service, hospitality, marketing, or relationship-based businesses are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Active real estate license before representing clients
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
• Smartphone, computer, and dependable internet access
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends
• Ability to travel throughout multiple nearby markets
• Willingness to participate in training, coaching, team meetings, and lead follow-up activities

Compensation

This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity. There is no hourly wage or guaranteed salary.

Earning potential is based on individual performance, closed transactions, commission agreements, and the agent’s commitment to building and maintaining a successful real estate business. Additional details regarding commission structure, team fees, lead opportunities, and brokerage requirements will be discussed during the interview process.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $119,617.98 per year
