Residential Single Family Property Manager

Avenue One Residential is a Property Management company managing single family homes, condominium units and small multiplexes in the greater Seattle area. You must live in the Seattle area for this position.

Avenue One is currently seeking a highly motivated person to join our team as a Property Manager. This is an Independent Contractor Position, making commission, equal to $85-90K per year depending on how many units you manage.

Your responsibilities for your portfolio of single family homes, condominium units and small multiplexes will include processing maintenance requests, communicating with property owners, tenants and vendors. You will conduct property inspections, and you will be handling the turn over when the properties have vacancies.

We do not offer health benefits or 401K options, but do offer a dynamic team of colleagues with proven processes in place. To succeed in this position, you must have exceptional customer service skills, be a diplomatic communicator, have strong organizational skills with a great attention to detail. You will need a Washington State Real Estate License, and must be able to pass a credit background check.

Property Management experience experience is required. This position includes both time spent working in your home office as well as out in the field at your various properties.
