Property Manager Office Assistant

Job Title: Property Manager/ Office Assistant $18 per hour, plus potential bonuses based on performance.

We are a growing real estate investment company based in Toledo, Ohio. We’re seeking a detail-oriented, Office Administrator who is fluent in QuickBooks and experienced in property management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and reconcile multiple bank accounts and credit cards using QuickBooks

Oversee property management tasks, including rent collection tracking and tenant communications

Assist with lease processing and administrative tasks related to property management

Provide general office support as needed

Preferred Experience

Proficiency in QuickBooks

Prior experience in property management or real estate preferred

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Ability to multitask and work independently

Reliable, with strong attention to detail

Compensation

$18 per hour, plus potential bonuses based on performance.
