About the Role

The Registered Nurse is a key member of our concierge medicine team and plays a vital role in delivering an elevated patient experience. This position combines direct clinical care, patient education, care coordination, and close collaboration with physicians to provide thoughtful, proactive healthcare.

This position is ideal for an RN who enjoys building relationships with patients and serving as a key clinical resource between visits. While direct patient care is an important part of the role, a significant portion of the day is dedicated to:

• Telephone triage and symptom assessment
• Responding to patient questions and concerns
• Coordinating care plans and follow-up
• Managing patient communications through Epic/MyChart
• Collaborating with physicians regarding patient needs and treatment plans

Successful candidates are comfortable spending substantial time on the phone, using critical thinking skills to assess patient concerns, determine appropriate next steps, and provide a high level of personalized concierge service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and clinical support
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments
• Perform phlebotomy, specimen collection, ECGs, and point-of-care testing
• Assist physicians during exams and procedures
• Educate patients regarding treatment plans and preventive care
• Coordinate referrals, imaging, and specialty services
• Document accurately in Epic EMR
• Support chronic disease management and wellness initiatives
• Help ensure an exceptional concierge patient experience

What We're Looking For

• Active Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) license
• 2-5 years of RN experience preferred in a Clinic or Primary Capital Care setting highly preferred
• Experience with Epic EMR or similar electronic medical record systems
• Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Passion for patient-centered, relationship-based care
• Desire to work collaboratively in a high-touch concierge medicine environment

Pay: $45.67 - $64.90 per hour
