Prep Cook / Baker - Seattle, WA

SAGE Dining Services® is seeking a hard-working and motivated full-time prep cook/baker to join our culinary team in Seattle, WA. This role involves setting up workstations, preparing ingredients for meal production, and performing basic cooking duties as needed. The ideal candidate will be quick, diligent, and eager to grow in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

To succeed in this role, you must be able to follow instructions precisely, work efficiently under pressure, and consistently adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday
• 12 p.m - 8:30 p.m.
• Summers off
• Major Holidays off
• Catering events may occur outside those hours, advance notice is given

Pay Type: $24.00 -$26.00 Hourly

Time Commitment: Full Time

What you'll do

• Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members.
• Maintain the customer service areas to ensure our guests enjoy amazing dining experiences.
• Prepare assigned menu items in accordance with SAGE recipes.
• Use proper food handling, storage, and sanitation techniques (HAACP).

What you'll need

• Experience as a prep cook or line server in a commercial kitchen preferred.
• Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English accurately.
• Ability to interact with SAGE guests and Team Members in a professional and positive manner and provide service with a smile!
