line cook $25-$32 per hr tips included

Serafina and Cicchetti restaurants are looking for a line cook. Hourly wage plus tips will average between $25-$32 per hour. This position could potentially grow into a sous chef role. Serafina has been in operation since 1991 and Cicchetti since 2009. We are a well-established, award winning fine dining restaurant group on Eastlake Union.

• Minimum 3 years experience in a fine dining establishment
• Ability to take and give direction on various tasks and execute tasks efficiently and timely
• Culinary degree preferred but not required
• Experience and a proven track record in inventory management, ordering, and local sourcing are requirements for this position
• Punctual and professional with the desire to hold co-workers to the same standard A firm grasp of traditional cooking methods and excellent knife skills
• Ability to perform under pressure in high volume situations
• Extensive product knowledge in relation to seasonality
• Strong communication skills are a required
• Experience with regional Italian and Mediterranean food is a huge plus.
