Part Time Barista

Position Details

• Part-time (15 20 hours per week)
• Full weekend availability required
• Opportunity to pick up additional shifts during the week as team members take time off
• What You ll DoPrepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso drinks
• Provide warm, attentive customer service
• Operate the Square POS system
• Heat and serve pastries
• Maintain a clean and welcoming space, including:
• Floors and general cleaning
• Restroom cleaning
• Light dishwashing
• What We re Looking For
• Reliable and punctual, especially for weekend and opening shifts
• Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to stay composed under pressure
• Takes initiative jumps in to restock, clean, and support the team without being asked
• Open to feedback and committed to maintaining high drink and service standards
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 30 lbs
• Barista experience preferred
• Compensation & Perks$22/hr + tips
