Duties

• Lead negotiations for deals, contracts, and proposals, ensuring favorable terms while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling campaigns that generate leads and support sales initiatives.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to deal closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM systems to track prospects, manage client data, and analyze sales performance metrics.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration between sales, marketing, product development, and customer service teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to nurture relationships, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or renewal.
• Lead strategic planning sessions to set targets, forecast revenue growth, and evaluate market trends for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development management or enterprise selling with a track record of successful deal closing.
• Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or equivalent CRM systems for managing client relationships and sales pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
• Demonstrated ability in sales negotiation, prospecting, and relationship management within a competitive environment.
• Experience in marketing strategies that support business growth initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
• Skilled in strategic management, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve organizational objectives.
• Ability to develop strategic plans that align with company goals while adapting quickly to changing market conditions.
• Prior experience in client base expansion, customer relationship management (CRM), and enterprise-level negotiations is highly desirable.

Pay: $69,779.80 - $84,035.89 per year
