Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and innovative Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in graphic design and a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both digital and print media.

You will be responsible for creating engaging visual content, including static graphics and video assets, while leveraging AI-powered creative tools to improve productivity and enhance design quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative assets for digital and offline marketing campaigns.
• Create engaging social media posts, web banners, brochures, flyers, presentations, event branding, and promotional merchandise.
• Produce high-quality static graphics and video content for digital marketing campaigns.
• Develop creative concepts and visual designs aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Content teams to deliver compelling and impactful creative campaigns.
• Edit and retouch images, illustrations, videos, and other marketing materials.
• Utilize AI-powered design tools to generate concepts, enhance images, automate repetitive tasks, and improve creative workflows while ensuring originality and brand consistency.
• Create visually appealing presentations and marketing collateral for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI technologies, and creative best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.2–5 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
• Working knowledge of Figma and Canva.
• Experience with AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL
• E, ChatGPT, Runway, or similar platforms.
• Strong skills in both static graphic design and video editing/content creation.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, and multimedia design work.
