About Wynn Al Marjan Island:

Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club.

It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, water features, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is looking for a skilled Creative Content Designer to join our Employee Culture and Internal Communications team.

About The Position

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are: Translate information, ideas, and key messages into compelling visual experiences, including handbooks, presentations, posters, signage, and digital and print materials. Conceptualize, design, and produce creative assets for colleague campaigns, initiatives, and events, transforming ideas into polished, high-impact content from brief to final delivery.

Create engaging content for internal screens, and colleague-facing communication channels that inform, inspire, and strengthen connection. Capture, edit, and produce photography and video that showcases our people, culture, milestones, and everyday moments with authenticity and artistry.

Champion and protect the Wynn brand, ensuring every creative asset reflects our visual identity, uncompromising standards, and commitment to excellence. Strengthen our employer brand through storytelling that showcases what it means to work at Wynn Al Marjan Island and inspires the very best talent to join our team.

Build and maintain a thoughtfully curated library of design, photography, video, and brand assets that supports consistency and creative excellence across the business. Partner with teams across People & Culture, Marketing, and other departments to understand objectives, shape creative concepts, and deliver content that is engaging, impactful, and on brand.

Collaborate with external agencies, production partners, and suppliers to ensure exceptional quality and flawless execution across all creative deliverables.

About You

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design , Visual Communications, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within hospitality, lifestyle, luxury, or service-led brands. Strong portfolio showcasing creative work across print, digital, photography, and multimedia content. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Proficiency in photography and videography, including planning, shooting, editing, and producing content for digital, social media, and internal communication channels. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and familiarity with motion graphics tools such as Adobe After Effects preferred.

Strong visual storytelling skills, with the ability to translate ideas and messages into engaging and impactful content. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage.
