Restora Austin is one of the city’s leading plastic surgery and medspa practices, led by Dr. Ashley Gordon and Dr. Dustin Reid and known for natural-looking results and a boutique, relationship-driven patient experience.

We’re looking for a social-native content creator to own our social presence from day one: capturing real moments in the clinic, building the content calendar, and growing an audience around genuinely beautiful work.

Here’s the important part: this is not a post-and-pray job. It’s the first chapter of a marketing career. You’ll start by owning social and content—and we’ll coach you toward becoming a full-stack Brand Manager.

What we’re looking for

You’re social-media native and ambitious—someone who wants social to be a launchpad, not the destination.

• A natural feel for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook—native posting, features, trends, and what performs on each.
• Hands-on with the creator toolkit: Canva plus video editing (CapCut, InShot, or similar). You can shoot, cut, and publish short-form video that looks great.
• A strong creative eye and storytelling instinct—you can translate clinical work into compelling, on-brand content.
• A self-starter with real ownership, follow-through, and attention to detail who thrives in a fast-paced, high-feedback environment.
• Comfortable creating content in clinical and surgical settings, and mindful of HIPAA and patient privacy (we’ll train you on the specifics).
• 3+ years in social media or content creation —or a recent graduate who focused on marketing in school, is social-native, and is ready to make this their first big role.

The details

• Location: Austin, TX. Onsite in our offices, with some travel. Not eligible for relocation assistance.
• Schedule: Full-time.
• Compensation: $30.00–$35.00 per hour, based on experience, performance, and qualifications.
• Reports to: Chief Growth Officer, on the Kalon Aesthetics marketing team.
