What you'll be doing

• Provide tailored property investment advice based on clients’ financial goals
• Conduct market research on property trends, upcoming developments, rental yields & capital appreciation
• Review and optimize clients’ real estate portfolios to maximize investment returns
• Analyze investment opportunities, including profitability, returns & long-term potential
• Build strong relationships with developers to secure off-plan inventory and exclusive opportunities
• Guide local and international investors through property regulations, investment processes & residency opportunities

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field3+ years of experience in real estate investment, wealth management, or financial advisory
• Strong analytical skills with experience in real estate financial modeling
• Excellent presentation, communication & client relationship-building skills
• Strong understanding of property investment strategies and market dynamics
